  • Is the kitchen well equipped?

    The house's kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, vitro, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, full crockery, tablecloths, kitchen towels and cleaning kit.

  • Does the house have bed linen and towels?

    Yes, both the house and the cabin have bed linen, towels, hair dryer and hand and body soap.

  • Is there a high chair/crib?

    Yes, we have highchairs and travel cots. If you need it, let us know when you make the reservation or before you come so that we can have it ready.

  • What time can we check in/out?

    Once the reservation is made, we will discuss the time of arrival to be able to stay and hand over the keys. We will try to adapt to your needs.

  • How should we make the reservation/payment?

    Once you fill in the booking form, we will reply to let you know availability. In this email, we will give you an account number and 30% of the total must be paid, to confirm the reservation, via bank transfer.

  • Can we cancel the reservation?

    Reservations will be guaranteed by means of a charge of 30% of the total stay.

  • Is the access road to Can Sau in good condition?

    The access road to Can Sau is a forest track, with a very low vehicle you must be careful not to touch the ground.

  • If we have made a reservation, is it possible that on the same dates we coincide with other people?

    No, only one pack can be booked on the same dates. Therefore, if you have made a reservation, whatever pack it is, you will not be matched with other groups.
